One of the greatest advantages of the internet and web pages is the ability to have hyperlinks. With that said, here are some of my haunts. Check back to for updates to this page.
Juvenile-diabetes-everyday.com is a recent site that I found. I think that it is interesting, has a little bit of everything. I don’t know who wrote it, but you can tell they did a good bit of research on a lot of subjects. click to visit Juvenile-diabetes-everyday
Diabetes Daily another good source of info, discussions, recipes and meal plans.
Juvenation is the first site I joined soon after I was diagnosed. It does not seem to be as active now as it was, but there are still lots of info there. It was created by JDRF.
A strange one, for a blog about Diabetes, but Meet Me is a social site. I originally joined this site to keep track of what my son was doing on the internet. He no longer uses this site much, but I stayed. The site gives you points (call lunch money) for different things, logging on, playing games, watching ads and more. I found a section called Causes, where you can donate your lunch money to different charities. They in turn donate cash to your causes. One of the causes is Cure Diabetes with cash going to JDRF. I have a free account, and donated a lot of lunch money to causes.
